W.H.A.L.E. (We Have A Little Emergency)
is Child Car Seat Identification Program for caretakers.

Created by Connie Day, a caretaker from Richmond, Virginia, who wondered what would happen to children in her care in the event of an automobile accident.

The Information Label, which is attached to the rear of the car seat, provides important information about the child in that seat, including: name, date of birth, photo, medical history and emergency contacts.

These WHALE Logo stickers alert rescuers that the vehicle occupants participate in the program.

The WHALE Car Seat Program Package which contains:
Four Coated self-adhesive stickers,
One 4" x 4" information decal
A personalized WHALE Brochure.
Entire program imprinted in Blue (with exception of the Envelope)
